IKEA vs. JENGA

Went to IKEA for the first time of my coming 21 years! I KNOW I SUA GU LA!

It is a terrific place, i love it. :) Especially the food.

Dinner.

Before dinner, Angel and me had hotdog meal while waiting for Rachel & Michelle to arrive. It is cheap, $1.70 for a hotdog and a small drink.

ANGEL used that waste paper basket and knocked my chin, it hurts till now and i think i'm going to have blue-black. HOW EVIL of her to attempt to make me NO CHIN like HER.

After shopping, we were so dead tired since all of us had few hours of sleep the night before and there's nowhere to go to at this hour. WE ARE STUCK!

So, I suggested coming up my place(i am very tired) and they HAPPILY AGREED because they can take ANGBAO! GIAN PENG...

Fooling around and came a butterfly who wanted to be on screen.

Michelle killed it after the shot, cause it blocked her beautiful face.

After phototaking, it is TIME FOR JENGA!

Look at how SERIOUS & FOCUS we are, we weren't even so serious in studying for exams! HAHA.

And eventually after JUST 2 rounds of JENGA, we unanimously agreed that RACHEL is a clumsy person. She just lost the ONLY 2 games we had. LOSER!!!!!!

And we decided NOT to play JENGA with her anymore, cause we ALL know she will lose AGAIN and make the game so boring knowing who will be the loser and this will make her look clumsier than ever.

We forced her to sign a LOSER FORM,

YEAH, I'M THE WORST JENGA PLAYER EVER! :)

Sunday Dinner.

My dinner for today! We had Satay BBQ session at our coffee table! Didn't ate much though, cause it was kinda oily.

Oh yeah, today i went to Joo Chiat Temple to pray to TAI SUI, cause OX, GOAT and 2 more zodiac which i forgot must pray to TAI SUI.

The lady will use one yellow paper and sweep it like 3 times in your front and 3 times behind while mumbling something. The lady who did this ritual to me swept on my hair and face, and made my face very itchy.

After this sweeping of yellow paper, you will be given a chop on your back!

On friday, on the train to town i saw this girl who look ALOT like my friend, Benjamin. So i took a photo of her and send it to Ben the next day.

Was over at this place with Angel & Michelle last night. We just spent our Friday night away sitting and chatting there, drinking our rambutan freeze.

Just the other day on Thursday, i wanted to go IKEA but i don't know the way there so i asked a few friends for direction, as in where to drop at the MRT and which BUS to take. End up, they ain't sure of it.

So Angeline being my true friend, went to help me to ask BOYCE baby for direction. After sometime, i recieved this message from her,

Find a platform near the road. Stand up and lift your arms up and down. Shake your butt like you just don't care. If a car stops. Enter and tell the uncle, IKEA!

HAHAHAHAHAHA. Very funy.

Bad habit makes you feel like shit.

I don't know if you guys share this weird habit of mine, that is to use only the master's bedroom toilet to do your BIG brown chocolate cake business.

I think i'm ridiculous! Just only, i sudden had this urge to do my big business badly, my tummy just hurt so badly. I passed by the living's room toilet without hesitation and walked to the master bedroom. YES, my dear friends, my toilet is located in the living room, facing directly my brother's room.

The door was locked with lights on, i looked at the bed and my mum was missing from the bed.

Me: MIMI, ni zai xiao pian hai si da pian (Mummy, are you urinating or shitting?)

Mum: *mumbles* ** pian..

Me: HAR?!?! XIAO PIAN AH? (HUH?! Urinating is it?)

Mum: AH, wo yao shua ya ye si (YA, i also wanna brush teeth)

Me: :(

The door flashed open, suddenly my world was filled with lights and happpiness until i saw her brushing her teeth.

The pain was really excruciating! I feel like the brown cake was about to be serve any moment, and i just tolerated, not wanting to let my panties have a taste of the cake!

When my mum was done, i just rushed in and................










THE CAKE DON'T WANT TO BE SERVE ANYMORE!



It lost its patience of wanting to be serve already!

and HELL! The cake is still somewhere inside my body swimming happily and i feel like SHIT now.

My Lunar New Year

I'm terribly sick for the past few days, thanks to all who had shown concern, really appreciate it alot. :) I'm feeling much better today.

Updates!

Went out with Jiaxi, Mich, Angel & Hazel some time before New Year arrived. Hazel bought her LV wallet and left to meet her boyfriend, while the rest of us went over to Bugis to have steamboat at Chong Qing.

Saw those fishballs piling up like a hill, it belong to some kiasu person who claims it is very nice and can finish ALL. YEAH RIGHT, end up me and mich had to help that SOMEONE to eat. HAHA. You should who i'm refering to right?

*P.S Sorry guys, i can't say out, if not Jiaxi will be mad at me. :(

New Year's Eve

After my reunion dinner with my family, i set off to meet Mich & Angel to Chinatown. God, it was really crowded and i almost got suffocated to death.

Took a rest from the sweaty and smelly crowd to LEE TONG KEE for dessert.

Bryan & Ryan met up with us later in the night, the guys need to do some New Year goodies shopping, so we went to squeeze with crowd once more!

Mich & Angel headed home, while I went to Bugis temple with Bryan & Ryan to pray. It was 3+am and yet it is still very crowded with people over at Bugis temple. Had our supper at Ubi prata shop and reached home nearing 5am.

1st day of Lunar New Year

Do our usual rounds of New Year visiting and reached home around 9+pm. Touched up and went to meet Bryan, Ryan and his girlfriend for movie at Suntec, I'm not stupid too! The movie is nice, had a great laughing and tearing session.

Head down to Ubi prata shop for supper again and reached home around 5am.

2nd day of Lunar New Year

Went over to Bryan's house to bai nian and gamble. Angel, Mich and Ryan with his girlfriend were there too.

Angel & Mich left shortly as they had plans, while the remaining us head down to Bugis for steamboat.

After our dinner, Rae came and meet us at Suntec to catch the movie, Fun with Dick and Jane! The movie was rather disappointing, not as entertaining as i thought it would be. We went down to Kallang MacDonald's for supper while waiting for Ryan and his girlfriend to arrive, they went over to the girlfriend's relative house to gamble.

Thinking of where to go and it was decided that we go Bryan's house to gamble again. Reached home around 6+am, had a bad time waiting for cab.

3rd day of Lunar New Year

Had dinner at Angel's house and went over to Cineleisure for my 3rd movie of the week, Cheaper by a Dozen 2. It was hilarious, enjoyed the movie.

Twist of Quiz's Fate.

Monday i went for quiz which i'm wasn't aware of. I just happen to be in school and there happen to be a quiz, but i managed to do all the questions. I don't usually go for that lecture but coincidentally i met up with Fion for project and the quiz coincidentally falls on that particular day. I'm bless! Ha.

Tuesday i went for a MCQ quiz which i'm aware of, but i only managed to do 4 questions and the rest of the 16 questions i play tigam tigam.

Later in the day, i met up with Rachel and Michelle again to shop for our CNY's clothes. Fruitful trip, I bought one FCUK top and a basic top and necklace from TOPSHOP.

Met up with Angel and we went over to Chinatown to have supper and shopped around.

This machine makes wonder.

All you have to do is to pour any flavour of soft drinks or drinks into the colourful hole and you just have to turn and turn and turn. (Of course the auntie turn la, not you.)

Shut Angel Up !

Angeline made the sound "stompt stompt stompt" for 21 times today. Feel like shoving my slippers down her throat to keep her mouth shut!

She start her JOEL bebay thing again. The previous time, she mentioned him 7 days consecutively then she stopped.

Now she is starting it again. Today is the 2nd day, i wonder how long will she take to stop the nonsense this time round. Still counting...

Caught Shopaholics and had supper at Geylang's Wan Ton Sek with Angeline, Michelle & Rachel.

Tomorrow is my cousin BIG day! It's her 21st Birthday celebration! It would be a nice gathering with my cousins & relatives. :) Hope i'll enjoy myself tomorrow.

Ulcer visits

I bite on my lip twice on the same spot.

I think ulcer has been a part of my life now. Once in a few weeks or occassionally ulcer will pay me visit. How very kind. It has been becoming a habit for me to bite on my lip, my tongue or using the toothbrush the wrong way!



So, my new resolution for 2006 is...

Cut down on biting on my lip, tongue and using the toothbrush correctly.

11 days to Chinese New Year.


Met up with Rachel & Michelle to town with the intention of doing Chinese New Year shopping for new year clothes. But, ended up going home empty-handed. This is depressing :(

Time is running out and it seems like there are never ending things to be done!

Anyhow the case, had great fun with the girls after Angel knocked off from work. Went over to Burger King to chill and then to Xu Liu Shan. Pigs are my friends.

Tomorrow will be heading down to Chinatown with the girls to EAT! Gonna have my sausages and my favourite thai coconut (the small brown one NOT the big big green) and tutu kuehs. HEE.

Moony Night

I woke up and i saw this...

Guess what is it?

Answer: Moon ! I know la, lousy camera phone is like that one la, not clear can. It look like a source of light from a torchlight, but it's really the moon.

Long time never see a moon so round hanging up on the sky already right? Been raining so much and the clouds covered the beautiful moon. Moonless night for dayS.

The floor is dry !

My towel is happy today, for the first time in the past few days it is dry. I felt so good using my towel today, it absorb well and fast, feels GREAT !

And...

For the first time in the past few days, i woke up to see sunlight shining in from the window. Been like eon since i got sunshine disturbing my sleep! It really surprise me that it actually didn't rain for the whole of today and even till now at the time of 5:14am there's no smell of the rain and a single sight of raindrop.

Met up with Bryan to Suntec. Had our lunch at Swensens and caught The Heirloom movie. I really had to comment on this movie. PLEASE DON'T GO WATCH THIS MOVIE OKAY!


Was it supposed to be a horror movie? IF it is then it really failed miserably, the storyline is crap and it's NOT scary at all. I think i hide behind the door and pop out to scare you will be more frightening!

Conclusion: A Sound of Thunder won the Louiest Movie for Year 2005! It is only the beginning of 2006 and The Heirloom have emerged the champion for Lousiest Movie of Year 2006!

Went down to Grandlink to meet Ryan, had a few games of Pool and supper at 85 market.

These few days my towel have been complaining to me that she having a tough time to dry.

I shrugged and look out of the window and it is STILL raining.

Missy inc. * had a mini celebration for Angel yesterday.

Dinner at Fish & Co. I ordered swordfish collar, which is really kinda huge for me and its kinda difficult to eat cause of its big bone and i had to scrap the meat off the bone. Tedious, by the time i finish scraping off, i feel that my hand doesn't belong to me anymore. Haha!

Shopped around after dinner and decided to chill out at Acid Bar. Rachel and me left for Taka to collect the cake and meet them over at Acid Bar. Intended to be a surprise, but i guess it doesn't turn out pretty well. LOL. Angel actually roughly knows what is going on.

Nicholas, Boyce and Jiaxi popped over at Acid Bar to wish Angel! Boyce even bought 2 soft toys for the BIG girl. Awww, so sweet ! But they left shortly cause they had to attend their colleague's farewell at Gold Dust.

Present Angel with the surprise 21 gifts we got for her. Though it wasn't something expensive nor fabulously done, it was in fact cheap and maybe cost nothing cause it was hand-made. But hope you'll like those little gifts, its just a appreciation from everyone of us. :)

Left Acid Bar at 11plus and took a cab home. On the way back, the time struck 12 and we sang Happy Birthday song for her on the cab! The cab driver even gave Angel a dollar coin as a birthday gift. Thats really nice of him, a gift from a stranger!
