13th - 15th April

Thursday:

Went out with Darren and caught The Producers at The Cathay! I really enjoyed the movie, its a musical comedy carried out on the big screen. Love it! :)

The movie classic that became a Broadway sensation now becomes a movie musical event.

Mel Brooks is bringing The Producers, one of the most honored musicals in the history of the American theater, to the motion picture screen as a sparkling, feature-length musical comedy. The record-breaking Tony Award-winning hit (based on Mel Brooks’ seminal 1968 motion picture comedy) received 15 nominations and won a record-breaking 12 awards, including Best Musical, Best Director and Choreographer, and Best Actor.

Two-time Tony Award winners Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick return to their celebrated roles as Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom, a scheming theatrical producer and his mousy CPA who hit upon the perfect plan to embezzle a fortune: raise far more money than you need to producer a sure-fire Broadway flop and then (since no one will expect anything back), Max and Leo can pocket the difference. To do this, they need the ultimate bad play, which they find in the musical Springtime for Hitler. Their plans come to naught and the duo are taken completely by surprise when their new production is hailed as a toast-of-the-town hit. Uma Thurman stars as Ulla, the Swedish secretary/slash/ receptionist and would-be showgirl, and Will Farrell brings his spot-on comic talents to the role of Franz Liebkind, the neo-Nazi playwright (and pigeon fancier) responsible for penning the "worst play ever written."

9+pm:

Supper at Burger King.

He had WHOPPER.
Bel had Salsa Chicken Burger.

Friday:

Fion and me headed down to East Coast Long Beach to have our dinner. We ordered the Value Set Meal for 2 person, $88. Shall let the pictures do the talking.

Ok, i know its SIAO, there is so much pictures of MYSELF! Blame that girl, she is using me to forget her hunger and kill her time can! Haha. Thats why you can see me yawning in the last photo, took too much photos of and i'm tired already even before my dinner starts! YAWNZZZZZZZ

There is dessert after all the main course. The dessert is fixed and we can't change it, its actually longan with almond jelly!

EEK! I hate almond jelly, they are SMELLY. So we ordered Sweet Yam Lotus Paste with Bai Guo (known as ORH NI), I like that!

Overall, i really enjoyed the dinner. I like the Drunken Prawn, its fresh and juicy and the Black Pepper Crab tasted like heaven! I'm undeniable a SEAFOOD LOVER! :)

Total bill added up to $105.48, totally worth back the price for such as a sumptuous dinner!

Next restuarant i wanna try, located at East Coast just beside Long Beach! :D

After dinner, we headed down to Town, that girl needed to get herself a bag for work purpose. So we went to Agnes B, she got herself a bag while i get myself a top! I bought another top at TopShop too. SIGH, my bank is depleting and i still have no source of income yet!

Caught the movie Fire Wall, the movie plot ain't as fantastic as i thought, but it was ok overall.

Computer security specialist Jack Stanfield (HARRISON FORD) works for the Seattle-based Landrock Pacific Bank. A trusted top-ranking executive, he has built his career and reputation on designing the most effective anti-theft computer systems in the industry, protecting the bank’s financial holdings from the constant threat of increasingly sophisticated Internet hackers with his complex network of tracers, access codes and firewalls.

Jack’s position affords a comfortable life for him, his architect wife Beth (VIRGINIA MADSEN) and their two young children – a standard of living that includes a beautiful home in an ocean-front community outside the city.

But there’s a vulnerability in Jack’s system that he has not accounted for: himself. It’s a vulnerability that one very ruthless and resourceful thief is poised to exploit.

Saturday:

Met up with Michelle in the evening and headed down to Town, YES town AGAIN. Did a little shopping and went over to Far East to look for Angel and waited for her to end her work.

10+pm:

Supper at MOS burger.

Angel had Fish Burger Meal.

Michelle had Fish Burger Meal too.

Bel had Ice Milk Tea and their fries.

12+am:

Take the lead.

The pulsing rhythm of hip hop meets the elegant sophistication of ballroom dance in TAKE THE LEAD, an edgy inner-city dance drama that follows the true story of a competitive ballroom dance teacher, Pierre Dulaine (Antonio Banderas) who leaves the wealth and privilege of New York City’s upper eastside to teach in a gritty, gang-infested high school in one of the city’s poorest neighbourhoods.

All i have to say is that Antonio Banderas is HOT! :)
