Came back from lunch this noon and headache hit me, wasn't feeling well and my head felt heavy.

Upon reaching home i took a nap and now i'm feeling way better.

My Thursday & Friday.

Right after i posted my entry that i wanted to go Geylang Serai again, it came true!

On thursday night, Royce came and picked me up with his AH PEK bike. Wearing a helmet made my hair looked messy, but whatever! I specifically told him to ride slower and i guessed it didnt work, throughout the journey i virtually feel that i'm going to fall back any moment. Doh.

We went to Geylang to have Beef Horfun, the spiciness made it tasted especially nice that night, Love it. So we decided to head down to have Rochor Beancurd, on the way there the buzzling and loud glittering lights on the road attracted his attention and he asked whats going on there. I told him its a major pasam malam held during Hari Raya.

He was keen and decided to go take a look though he told me he went there once before when he was a kid and i went on my search for cocont jelly which i missed on wednesday.

Lucky star was shining on me that night, we managed to find it within minutes. Its his first time eating coconut jelly and he likes it, all thanks to me that he managed to taste just a wonderful "dessert" :) Not forgetting my family, i bought 2 back for them to savour it.

After doing a quick tour around Geylang Serai, he sent me back as i'm working the next day.

Friday met up with the girls, Mich and Angel together with Boyce and Bee! Took my jeans for alteration and it came up to a cost of $30! Requested to alter the length, have it tapered and add a zip at the bottom of the jeans like my Miss Sixty's J-Lot jeans! Hope it turns out good, i pray hard.

After which, Royce came and meet us and we caught the century best movie, The Possessed. BRAVO SHOW. The show revolves around sex, sex and MORE SEX and not forgetting lots of blood. The scenes are disgusting, showing a girl who morphed into a hideous creature and feeding on human, its favourite food is the lung, kidney, heart and whatever organ you can name it.

Whilst growing up in rural Thailand, a young orphan girl is taught the ways of magic by her grandmother. But when grandmother falls sick, Dau is lured to Bangkok to find work so that she can buy medicine. She finds herself working in a go-go bar, and her journey from naiveté to maturity is swift. She uses the magical skills her grandmother taught her to her advantage, but in doing so makes enemies within the bar. As her magic gets darker, and the consequences increasingly horrific, she gradually loses control, and something evil takes over.

I recommend you to watch an indian movie with them dancing and playing hide-n-seek behind a tree than watching this movie. Oh ya, the haze was especially bad that night, that i thought i standing right beside an incinerator. Life is bad la!

After spending some time with the baby, their mentality change, and somehow their little hostage "persuades” them to give up doing bad things.

Heard many good comments about this movie, hope its gonna be a good one and not disappoint me. Haha.

After the mysterious brutal death of an old friend, a group of teenagers find themselves in possession of “Stay Alive”, a next generation horror survival videogame based on the spine-chilling true story of a 17th century noblewoman known as “The Blood Countess”. They gamers don’t know anything about the game other than they are not supposed to have it… and they are dying to play it.

Not able to resist temptation, the group begins to play the grisly game and soon a chilling connection is made – they are each being murdered one-by-one in the same method as the character they play in the game. As the line between the game and the real world disappears, the group must find a way to defeat the vicious and merciless Blood Countess, all the while trying to… STAY ALIVE.

Probably gonna catch one of the movies this coming weekend.

Anyway it was Geylang Serai fun with my colleagues on wednesday. Had our dinner at the hawker and shopped around.

Steven came and meet us after our dinner and was bullied by us! LOL. He was made to carry all the barang barang that we bought, just his luck for being the only male around. He even helped us took the barang home and brought it to the office today.

After touring the whole pasam malam, we walked to Singpost building to accompany Steven to have his dinner and to rest our tired feet. Did some casual talking and left home around 9+pm.

I wanna go Geylang Serai to makan again!

Relax tuesday

Went to Changi Seaside with HJ on tuesday night, he came to pick me up after his work. He claimed that it was a great place for relaxing and promised that there won't be any mosquitoes because the wind is too strong for the insect to get near to us. Haha!

Right after i stepped out of the car, there was this kitty staring at me. As soon i walked away, the kitty followed us. SO CUTE CAN !

It kept circulating between us, and i stepped on it a couple of times! Haha. We walked near to the sea to enjoy the sea breeze, very windy and i'm loving it. Little kitty followed us there too! It was sitting on HJ's lap, i think it liked HJ alot. Hahaha.

After which, we settled ourselves on the bench and start yakking non-stop. Hee. Kitty made a high leap and once again settled itself on HJ's lap. The kitty is damn cute can, keep rubbing his head against my leg. I think it yearning for some pamper, its the first ever time that i find cat so lovable, i'm more of a dog lover!

Left the place around 12plus as i'm feeling quite tired and there is work the next day. Its always fun catching up with old friends and i'm glad that he is doing well and having great plans for his future. :)

Diarrhoea hit again!

Had diarrhoea the whole of today, i suspected its the seafood i had yesterday!

Went to East Coast Seafood Centre with Fion & Ivy, initial plan was Blue Lobster located near Frankel Ave but it was closed on Monday, what luck!

Upon reaching the Seafood Center, we headed to Xiao Hong Lou, one of the better famous resturant. Truly speaking, i think the standard of the food dropped and was rather disappointing. Once again, the chili crab was of substandard, to think about it, it tasted quite bad because of the sauce, its too sweet and not the least spicy.

But the relieving part is the bill, it came up to $93 only, cheaper than we expected. And so, we went to watch John Tucker must Die @ TheCathay, it was a light-hearted & hilarious movie!

Bought the tickets after the show started for 5 minutes and i was in a hurry and i just banged my arm on the door handle, it really hurt alot and when i lightly clenched my fist i can feel the intense pain.

Lily's Birthday!

Happy 21st Birthday Lily!

On the eve of Lily's Birthday, Fion drove both of us to Siglap, wanting to try the Cheesecake Cafe but it was closing already, so we went to Liquid Kitchen instead.

Ordered foods and drinks, i especially liked the mexican wings! I think it tasted really good and it still maintained its crunchyness after some time but too bad no photos were available cause my phone was running out of memory. Haha.

Fion bought a cake before she came to fetch us and we hid the cake under my seat. And so when Lily went to the toilet, Fion took out the cake from the car. LILY, although you didn't showed out but i know you're touched la! Haha!

After having our late night supper and cake, we drove around the estate to see big bungalows. Gawd, those people are filthy rich! Drove down to Walton road and saw the Royal Family "Palace", they even had a fountain right infront of their house. Doh.

I love Singapore!

Friday night met up with Ryan, Lily and Fion at Bedok Central to get our currency changed. We are heading to Johor Bahru! Haha. I was pretty unwilling to go over because from the articles in the newspaper, i know JB is not a safe country, you see.

Nonetheless, it was for Lily's birthday thus i decided to put my life on a thin thread and brave all the misfortunes that might happen to me in JB!

Upon reaching JB we took a cab and headed down to a seafood restuarant highly recommended by the cab driver. Ordered fried toufu, chilli crabs, steamed fish, cereal prawns, hokkien mee. To our dismay, the most highly anticipated dish, the chilli crab and cereal prawn turned out to be a disappoinment! Doh. Not nice!

After the late dinner, we called back the same cab driver and he took us to DNP plaza where there is lotsa clubs and pubs! We chose the most happening club, Eskimo Joy and it turned out to be my WORST NIGHTMARE! Its NO JOY at all, serious!

We sat there for barely 20 minutes and decided to leave cause its really boring and guessed what! There was a drug screening! All the people in the club was like held in hostage and can't leave the club unless we did an urine inspection! -_-"

The most humiliating part is we had to urine with the cubicle door open and we facing a female staff of the club. There was even this male officer in the middle of both MALE & FEMALE toilet, i felt really offended! Angry!

We took almost 2 hours to get our asses off that bloody club. Police in JB are really inefficient, wasting time! I swear i'll never step into JB again unless there are adequate reasons for me to do so.

Anyway, as soon as we left the club we were totally moodless so we checked into a hotel nearby, New York Hotel. Took our shower, played poker cards, ate tibits and had soft drink till 4am. Slept till the next morning 11+am and left for Holiday Plaza, had pizza hut for lunch and guessed what, they don't even provide chilli flakes and tobasco! How great!

Took a walk at Holiday Plaza, boring place and headed to City Plaza, yet again another boring place! Soon after it was already 3+pm, we decided to head back to our safe, secure and lovely Singapore. :)

After all these experience from this trip, i actually learnt that I LOVE SINGAPORE.

Last night went for dinner with Lily at Simpang Bedok, been ages since i last stepped there and lots of new stalls has open. More choices!

Today went dinner at 85 market with another friend. I must say he is not big but an enormous eater. He ate one chicken chop, 2 chicken wings and the most amazing thing, NINE TANG YUAN! Doh! Feel like vomitting. Haha. I shall crown him the GLUTTON KING.

Oh yah, the coffeeshop right beside my block is officially close again, YES again! For the second time. :(

The Devil Wears Prada

A movie that i've been wanting to watch, finally caught it! I think the movie is great but all thanks to Jiaxi and we missed the beginning! Haha. I so wanna strangle him.

He claimed that he wanted to cut his hair really short but ended up when i saw him at the salon, its still quite long! Liar! And so, after his haircut we had dinner at Crystal Jade! Yummy. I think he is really hungry cause he ate alot can.

After which we caught the movie and halfway through the show i was really in need of toilet, but not wanting to miss any part i waited till the movie ended. Its really terrible tolerating the call of nature.

Headed down to NYDC to chill out with him, Angel, Yiting and Joyce. Just talked nonsense throughout and i learnt a few lame jokes! Hahaha. Told the jokes to my colleague during lunch today and they wasn't pretty much amused.

Had a bad diarrhea today, ran to the toilet for 3-4 times already! I think it must be the late nights these few days and its making my body weak.

Life is bad with "ugly" people

My auntie's husband just passed away this evening. I'll be attending the funeral later in the day. Heard from my mum that the funeral will last for 5 days 4 nights, his body will be sending for cremetion on Wednesday.

He had contracted lung cancer and was discovered in the last stage. Medication couldn't keep the cancer cells from spreading, chemo ceased effect too. Life is bad, must be really hard on his family.

It reminded me of mine 2 years ago, seeing the love ones being tormented. It was really tough, i was practically feeling upset and weeping every night. I prayed so hard and wished that the illness would befall on me not him, seeing him in pain and suffering pained me so much. I'm glad that everything is over now. :)

Little Man

Caught the movie with Lily at Lido. Had our dinner at Yoshinoya, Bento Setto! The movie starts at 1145 and since its still early we went over to Cineleisure for intended pool but ended up playing billard 'cause all pool tables were occupied.

Made our way to Lido and there was this auntie selling tissue, Lily being kind-hearted and since he needed the tissue, bought the tissue from her. He handed a dollar coin to her, took one packet of tissue and we walked away.

Here comes the interesting part, the auntie actually shouted, EH! Its 2 dollar!!!

-_-" One packet of tissue for $2! She gotta be nuts, daylight robbery! I think my friend is siao also, outrageously kind can, still gave her another $2 *slaps forehead HARD! He paid a total of $3 for ONE packet of tissue, with that kind of money i could easily have a plate of chicken rice or buy TEN packets of tissue. I can even go public toilets for THIRTY times can!

God, this auntie is really amazing! Maybe the tissue is made of gold or there's a secret manual on how to rob money from kind-hearted people. What is wrong with her man, my friend is kind enough to buy tissue from her and yet she still have the cheek to extort more when its just a packet of tissue!

Argh. Enough of this unpleasant topic.

After the movie, we went over to Keong Saik Road for Tiong Shian Porridge! Its actually located at Chinatown area, near Zhen Zhu Fang. Lily was introduced to this place by his NS friend! The porridge is great and especially goes well with the side dish, raw sliced fish! I LIKE!

Go give it a try if you're nearby someday, sure you won't regret!

It was her last day at the company yesterday as her semester reopens this coming week. She is going back to her school life after 2 months of holiday. I felt sad, of course. She is my LOUD LOUD buddy at the company! She always crapping around and making lame jokes, doesn't act like her age! Haha, everyone sure gonna miss her! It gonna be a dull and quiet day on Monday.

So anyway, Fern, Joanne, Huixuan and me headed down to Bedok Hawker after work to have Inspirasi Mee Soto! Had a 2.5 long hours of conversation there, reached home smelling stinky! Haha.

But we will be meeting up one of the days to have dinner together again and TA GUN GUN (inside joke). LOL!

Welcome Back!

Its a Busy day @work and i'm so tired that i wanted to stay in for lunch and take a nap but my stomach grumbled and made noises. Doh. The money in my bank is depleting amazingly fast, like what Fern had mentioned, the bank is just a STOP-OVER for the money, it just come and go!

On a happier note, yesterday Mich and I went over to the airport welcome Angel back to Singapore! We waited for like an hour for that SLOW POKE! Mich and me went over to grab a bite and waited outside the terminal simply because its freezing inside the airport.

When she arrived, we raised up the big banner we drew for her and acted like cheerleaders with pong pong in the hand, shouting and whistling like crazy woman, she was given 1st class celebrity treatment, we even hired a MAXI cab! She was so touched that she cried 2 buckets of tears for us wash our feet.

OK, i'm just kidding. We just kicked her ass inside the cab, thats all.

Tell you ah, the moment she came back from Hong Kong, my TWO ears got defeated by her ONE mouth. As usual, she rattled on the whole journey back home. I'm declared partially deaf now.

We left the airport and went up to Angel's house to see what she had helped us buy during the trip. She got me a X-Girl tee, Arnold Palmer canvas shoes and a cardigan! Hey sweetie, Thanks for making the effort to help us source for our things, appreciated it. :)

Oh ya, Angel came back with a GONG TAI GONG TAI hairstyle! Let's all laugh at her! Wahaha!

Anyway today Ryan's dad gave him a birthday treat at one of the coffeeshop located at Tampines. Lily and me was invited, we had a sumptuous feast! Lots of dishes and i tried my ever first coffee chicken!

After dinner, Lily and me headed down to his friend's pool junction, The Labyrinth for a couple rounds of pool. I was hesitating to head home or join them to go drinking and finally decided to use the simplest method to decide my next stop, that is, to toss a coin.
